POLICIA, señor Claudio Alejandro PEÑALOZA, D.N.I. N 26.445303, clase 1978, por aplicación del artículo 13 inciso b del Reglamento del Régimen Disciplinario policial Decreto N 5.166/14-72 y su modificatorio N 3.077/14-90, por haber transgredido las disposiciones del artículo 12 inciso d de la citada norma legal abandono de servicio, concordante con lo establecido por el artículo 62 inciso 1 de la Ley N 3.823, en atención a lo considerado precedentemente.
ARTICULO 2.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Gobierno, Justicia y Seguridad y firmado por el señor Secretario de Estado de Seguridad Ciudadana.
ARTICULO 3.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
