DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1.- Recházase el Recurso de Reconsideración interpuesto por el Sr.
Sergio Edgardo BARRIONUEVO, D.N.I. N 32.927.783, clase 1987, ex Agente del DEPARTAMENTO GENERAL DE POLICIA, en contra del Decreto N 962/14 SSC de fecha 01 de abril de 2016, por la causal señalada en los considerandos precedentes.
ARTICULO 2.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Gobierno, Justicia y Seguridad y firmado por el señor Secretario de Estado de Seguridad Ciudadana.
ARTICULO 3.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
