ACUERDO
4465 / 2016 ACUERDO / 2016-12-23
HONORABLE TRIBUNAL DE CUENTAS. ACUERDO N 4.465, del 21/12/2016.
VISTO:
La necesidad de resolver la Feria Anual 2017; y CONSIDERANDO:
Que ello conforme lo dispuesto en el artículo 131 inc. 17 de la Ley de Administración Financiera y en concordancia con la Ley N 6238 -Orgánica del Poder Judicial de la Provincia, resulta conveniente expedirse al respecto.
Por ello;
EL TRIBUNAL DE CUENTAS
ACUERDA
ARTICULO 1: DECRETAR FERIA ANUAL a partir del día 1 y hasta el 31 de Enero del año 2017 inclusive para la atención de asuntos urgentes, en el horario de 8:00 a 13:00 horas.
ARTICULO 2: DURANTE LA FERIA ANUAL 2017 quedará a cargo de la Presidencia el Sr.
Vocal Dr. Sergio Miguel Diaz Ricci.
ARTICULO 3: Comuníquese y oportunamente archívese.
