DECRETO 2279 / 2016 DECRETO SINTETIZADO / 2016-07-25
DECRETO N 2.279/3 SH, del 25/07/2016. Expte. N 2206/329-I-2016. --- Otórgase al SERVICIO PROVINCIAL DE AGUA POTABLE Y SANEAMIENTO S.E.P.A.P.yS, un Aporte No Reintegrable por la suma total de PESOS OCHOCIENTOS MIL $800.000.-.
Autorízase a la DIRECCION DE ADMINISTRACION DEL MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA a emitir la respectiva orden de pago a favor del SERVICIO PROVINCIAL DE AGUA POTABLE y SANEAMIENTO, déjase establecido que el Aporte No Reintegrable otorgado, se abonará en dos cuotas iguales y consecutivas de PESOS CUATROCIENTOS MIL
$400.000-, cada una para los meses de julio y agosto de 2016, e impútese a la Jurisdicción 50 - SAF Obligaciones a Cargo del Tesoro, Programa 97 Transferencias a Organismos Descentralizados y Autárquicos que Consolidan, Finalidad/Función 199, Subprograma 00, Proyecto 00, Actividad 09 Transferencias Figurativas al SEPAPyS, Partida Subparcial 912 - Contribuciones a Inst. Desc. y Autarq. que Consolidan, Financiamiento 10 - Recursos Tesoro General de la Provincia del Presupuesto General 2016.-
