DIRECCION GENERAL DE RENTAS. RESOLUCION GENERAL N 35/14, del 23/06/2014. Expte N 27446/376-S-2014. --- Artículo 1.- Desígnase, a partir del 1 DE AGOSTO DE
2014, Agente de Retención del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos, con encuadre y dentro del marco del Anexo II de la RG DGR N 23/02 y sus modificatorias, al contribuyente ASSIS HNOS. S.R.LArticulo 3.- Conforme a lo dispuesto por los artículos 1 y 2, corresponde expedir constancia de inscripción en formulario 901 F.901, la cual oportunamente será remitida al responsable en cumplimiento con lo establecido por el artículo 8 de la RG DGR N 176/10. Artículo 4.- Notifíquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.-
