DECRETO N 593/9 MDP, del 19/03/2014. Expte. N 505/330-D-2001. --- Autorízase a Escribanía de Gobierno a otorgar escritura traslativa de dominio del inmueble identificado como lote 53 de la Colonia La Florida", departamento Cruz Alta de esta Provincia, que fuera adjudicado al Sr. Fernando Quiroga, ya fallecido, a favor del sucesorio del causante, integrado por los siguientes herederos: LEONOR
DEL CARMEN DÉCIMA, en el carácter de cónyuge supérstite, quien se encuentra autorizada judicialmente para suscribirla, SONIA LEONOR QUIROGA, HÉCTOR DANIEL
QUIROGA, NORMA VICTORIA QUIROGA, SERGIO NELSON QUIROGA, GUSTAVO ALFREDO QUIROGA, GLORIA DEL CARMEN QUIROGA, ADELMA GRACIELA QUIROGA, ALBA MARINA QUIROGA, DOLORES
MAFALDA QUIROGA, ELDA DIANA QUIROGA, MALVINA DEL VALLE QUIROGA, LUZ ROSSANA
QUIROGA y HUGO FERNANDO QUIROGA; en el carácter de hijos del causante. Facúltase al Sr. Subsecretario de Asuntos Agrarios y Alimentos, Ing. Zoot. Álvaro Simón Padrós, para suscribir la escritura respectiva en representación del Consejo Agrario Nacional, actual Subsecretaria de Asuntos Agrarios y Alimentos.
