DECRETO N 3.822/7 SSC, del 02/12/2013. Expte. N 85.042/213-2013. --Declárase cesante del servicio activo de la repartición, al agente del DEPARTAMENTO GENERAL DE POLICÍA, Sr. Marcelo Adrián MAMBRINI, DNI N 22.877.975, por aplicación de las disposiciones del Capítulo II, Art. 13 Inc. b del Régimen Reglamentario Disciplinario Policial Decreto N 5166/14-72 y su modificatorio N
3077/14-90, por encuadrarse su conducta en las previsiones del Art. 12 Inc. d de la citada norma legal abandono de servicio, concordante con lo establecido por el Art. 62 Inc. 1 de la Ley N 3.823.-
