N 20.285.477, clase 1962, por encontrarse comprendida en las prescripciones de los artículos 121 del Decreto Ley N 3.823 y 14, inciso 1 del Decreto Ley n 3.886/72 de Retiros y Pensiones Policiales, vigente por el Decreto N 10/14 MGyJ del 30/10/1999, ratificado por la Ley N 6.993.
