DECRETO N 3.369/9 MDP, del 23/09/2011. Expte. N 489/390-I-09. --- Recházase el Recurso de Alzada interpuesto por la Empresa de Distribución Eléctrica de Tucumán S.A. E.D.E.T. S.A. en contra de la Resolución N 124/10 y su confirmatoria N 93/11 ambas emitidas por el Ente Provincial Regulador de Energía de Tucumán E.P.R.E.T., confirmándose las mismas.
