DECRETO N 3.133/9 MDP, del 14/09/2011. Expte. N 1790/390-C-08. --- Recházase el Recurso de Alzada interpuesto por la Empresa de Distribución Eléctrica de Tucumán S.A. E.D.E.T. S.A. en contra de la Resolución N 18/09 y su confirmatoria N 546/10 ambas emitidas por el Ente Provincial Regulador de Energía E.P.R.E.T., confirmándose las mismas.
