DECRETO 1189 / 2011 DECRETO SINTETIZADO / 2011-04-25
DECRETO N 1.189/14 MGyJ, del 25/04/2011. --- Dájase sin efecto el Decreto N
2.734/14 MGyJ de fecha 25 de Agosto de 2008, por la causal señalada precedentemente, únicamente en lo que al Sr. Fabio Alejandro ROYER, se refiere.
Desígnase, a partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, como Personal de Gabinete del MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO Y JUSTICIA, con una remuneración equivalente a la Categoria 16 del Escalafón General, a la Sra. Maria Ximena MAR TINEZ MARINARO, D.N.I. N 28.884.542, conforme lo prevée el artículo 41 de la Ley n 5.473.
