CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA. ACORDADA N 02, del 03/02/2011.
VISTO:
El artículo 12 de la Ley 6.238; y CONSIDERANDO:
Que se torna necesario modificar la integración de las dos Salas de la Excma.
Corte Suprema de Justicia de Tucumán, por la incorporación del Dr. Daniel Oscar Posse a esta Excma. Corte Suprema.
Por ello, lo dispuesto en los arts. 12 y 13 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial;
ACORDARON:
1.- Integrar las Salas de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Tucumán, de la siguiente forma:
Sala en lo Civil y Penal Señor Presidente: Dr. Antonio Daniel Estofán Vocal: Dr. Antonio Gandur Vocal: Dr. Daniel Oscar Posse Sala en lo Contencioso Administrativo y Laboral Señor Presidente: Dr. Antonio Daniel Estofán Vocal: Dr. René Mario Goane Vocal: Dra. Claudia Beatriz Sbdar II.- Notificar y publicar en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia por un día y sin cargo, y en pág. web del Poder Judicial.
