RESOLUCIONES 207 / 2010 RESOLUCION SINTETIZADA / 2010-08-04
DIRECCION DE PERSONAS JURIDICAS. RESOLUCION N 207/10 DPJ, del 04/08/2010. --Artículo 1.- Apruébese el Acta Constitutiva de Fs. 03 a 05 de Expte N 2544/211U-10, y Estatuto Tipo Anexo II obrante de fs 07 a 13 del Expte. N 7399/211-U-09
de la Asociación "Unión de Historietistas e Ilustradores Tinta Nakuy Asociación Civil", con domicilio legal en calle Benjamín Villafañe N 940, San Miguel de Tucumán, Provincia de Tucumán y reconócese a la misma el carácter de Persona Jurídica, quedando obligada al estricto cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales en vigor. Art. 2.- Las fojas del estatuto precedentemente aprobado serán firmadas y selladas por el Sr. Director de la Dirección de Personas Jurídicas.
Art. 3.- Notifíquese, regístrese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.-
