DECRETO 1721 / 2010 DECRETO SINTETIZADO / 2010-06-14
DECRETO N 1.721/3 SO, del 14/06/2010. Expte. N 1087/110-G-2009. --- Recházase el Recurso de Alzada, interpuesto por el señor Humberto Zenon Garlati - Legajo Personal N 4419, en contra de la Resolución N 2488 de fecha 30 de diciembre de 2008 fs. 10/11 y su confirmatoria Resolución N 579 de fecha 27 de marzo de 2009 fs.45/46, ambas dictadas por la Dirección Provincial de Vialidad y confírmanse las mismas en todos sus términos. Hacése lugar al Recurso de Alzada de fs. 74/76, interpuesto por el señor Humberto Zenon Garlati -Legajo N 4419- y en consecuencia revócase la Resolución N 394 de fecha 27 de febrero de 2008 fs.
70/73, dictada por el Administrador de la Dirección Provincial de Vialidad.
