ACORDADA H.C.S.J 871 / 2009 ACORDADA / 2009-10-06
CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA. ACORDADA N 871, del 06/10/2009.
VISTO:
Que el Dr. Antonio Gandur cumple su período constitucional art. 97 Const. Tuc.
y previsto en la Ley Orgánica de este Poder Judicial art. 11 de Presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Tucumán el próximo 12 de octubre de 2009; y CONSIDERANDO:
La Corte Suprema de Justicia reunida en Acuerdo Extraordinario, siguiendo la periodicidad que disponen las normas vigentes.
ACORDARON:
I.- Elegir Presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Tucumán, al Dr. Antonio Daniel Estofán, a partir del 13 de octubre de 2009.
II.- Elegir Vocal Decano de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Tucumán al Dr. René Mario Goane, a partir del 13 de octubre de 2009, quien además, cumplirá las funciones de Presidente Alterno, sustituyendo a aquél, cuando por cualquier motivo no pueda ejercer sus funciones.
III.- Dejar establecido el siguiente orden de subrogación de los restantes Vocales de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Tucumán, Vocal Alberto José Brito;
Vocal Dr. Antonio Gandur y Vocal Dra. Claudia Beatriz Sbdar.
IV.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo y al Poder Legislativo.
V.- Publíquese en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, por un día y sin cargo. Con lo que terminó, firmándose por ante mí, doy fe. Antonio Gandur; René Mario Goane;
