POR 2 DIAS - Se hace saber a Ricardo Rubén Sánchez que por ante la Excma. Cámara Civil Comercial Común Sala Ia., Centro Judicial Capital, Secretaría a cargo de la Dra. Claudia Forte de Prebisch, se tramitan los autos caratulados: "AZUCARERA
INDEPENDENCIA S.A. S/QUIEBRA PEDIDA" Expte. N 2306/04, donde se ha dictado la siguiente sentencia:"San Miguel de Tucumán, 17 de Agosto de 2007.- Autos y Vistos: Considerando: Resuelve: I.- Revocar la resolución de fecha 26/10/05 fs. 106, conforme a lo considerado y, por ende, firme lo resuelto mediante sentencia de fecha 06/04/05 fs. 83.- II.- Costas como se consideran.Diferir pronunciamiento sobre regulación de honorarios para su oportunidad.Hágase Saber.- Fdo.
