DECRETO N 1.112/7 SSC, del 16/04/2.007. Expte. N 85.167/213-P-2006. --Hácese lugar, al recurso de reconsideración interpuesto por el Sargento Ayudante R del Departamento General de Policía, Sr. Alejandro Nicolás Palma, D.N.I. N
8.123.104, en contra del Decreto N 4.823/7 SSC del 29/12/2005. Revócase parcialmente el Decreto N 4.823/7 SSC del 29/12/2005 en el único sentido de dejar sin efecto el mismo en cuanto al Sr. Alejandro Nicolás Palma, estableciéndose que el Retiro Obligatorio dispuesto sea por la causal de incapacidad, por aplicación del artículo 14 inciso 9 y artículo 21 inciso a de la Ley N 3.886/1972 de Retiros y Pensiones Policiales, y del artículo 8
inciso a del Decreto N 1049/14, en concordancia con lo previsto en el Convenio de Transferencia del Sistema Previsional de la Provincia a la Nación por Ley N
