DECRETO N 1.559/1 SEP del 29/05/2.006. Expte. N 031/130-F-06. --- Autorizar al señor Secretario de Estado de Planeamiento Dr. Julio Saguir, para que en representación del Superior Gobierno de la Provincia de Tucumán, suscriba con el Lic. Antonio Alejandro Tardán Ruiz, D.N.I. N 22.664.203, y con el Arq. José Fernando Lacosegliaz, D.N.I. N 17.860.174, un Contrato de Locación de Obra. Las presentes contrataciones poseen su encuadre legal en las disposiciones del artículo 59 de la Ley de Administración Financiera de la Provincia.-
