DECRETO N 1.068/3 MDP del 18/04/2.006. Expte. N 1480/390-H-02. --- Recházaze el Recurso de Alzada presentado por la Empresa de Distribución Eléctrica de Tucumán S.A. EDET S.A. en contra de la Resolución N 622/03 y su confirmatoria N 43/04, ambas emitidas por el Ente Provincial Regulador de Energía de Tucumán, confirmándose las Resoluciones cuestionadas.
