12.209.735, en contra de las Resoluciones N 1.168 de fecha 04/07/03 y N 1.361
de fecha 21/07/03 y su confirmatoria Resolución N 2.619 de fecha 03/12/03, emitidas por el Instituto de Previsión y Seguridad Social de Tucumán, quedando en consecuencia, confirmados dichos actos administrativos.
