DECRETO N 1.387/3 MDP, del 06/06/2.005. Expte. N 2082/39-A-03. --- Recházase el Recurso de Alzada interpuesto por la Empresa de Distribución Eléctrica de Tucumán S.A. EDET S.A., en contra de la Resolución N 242/04 y su confirmatoria N 548/04, ambas emitidas por el Ente Provincial Regulador de Energía de Tucumán EPRET, confirmándose las mismas.
