CAPITULO VIII
IMPLEMENTACION DE REGISTROS
ARTICULO 42: Los registros de Técnicos y Profesionales que formulen o ejecuten planes de bosques nativos y los registros de profesionales y consultoras ambientales para evaluación de impacto a m bie nta l funciona rán e n el á m bito de la Subsecretaría de Ambiente, como áreas temáticas o partes del Registro Ambiental Provincial.
ARTICULO 43: Créase el Registro Provincial de Infractores en el ámbito de la Subsecretaría de Ambiente de la Secretaría del Agua y del Ambiente.
Serán inscriptos como infractores aquellas personas físicas o jurídicas, públicas o privadas que hayan cometido infracciones a la Ley N 26.331, a la Ley N 5.311 y al presente Decreto, cuya sanción impue sta por la A utoridad de Aplica ción s e encuentre firme.
