Que por Resolución Ministerial O.y S.P. N 1126/
2007 fue otorgada el Alta del personal operario para la ejecución de los trabajos de que se tratan y posterior mente prorrogada mediante Resolución Ministerial O. y S.P. N 2058/2007.
Que a fojas 7, se adjunta Nota de Pedido y Entrega N 1632/2007.
Que de conformidad a las facultades otorgadas por el Artículo 1 del Decreto Acuerdo N 2286/2005 co rresponde disponer en consecuencia.
Por ello
EL MINISTRO DE
OBRAS Y SERVICIOS PUBLICOS
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1. Disponer, hasta el 30 de Noviem bre de 2007, una nueva prórroga de la vigencia de los contratos del personal operario que ejecuta la Obra:
"LIMPIEZA DE DRENAJE PRINCIPAL FRAY MA
MERTO ESQUIU DEPARTAMENTO FRAY MA
MERTO ESQUIU PROVINCIA DE CATAMARCA", cuya Alta fuera otorgada por Resolución Ministerial O.y S.P. N 1126/2007 y posteriormente prorrogada mediante Resolución Ministerial O. y S.P. N 2058/2007, según el siguiente detalle:
