VISTO:
La Ordenanza Nº 1182/22 que obra de Fs. 21 del Expediente Nº 6758/21, a través del cual se otorga al Sr.
Fernández Artaza, Orlando Javier un plan de pagos especial;
POR ELLO:
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL
D E C R E T A:
ART. 1º Promúlguese y téngase por Ordenanza Municipal, la sancionada por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Lavalle con el Nº 1182/22, que obra de Fs. 21 del Expediente N.º 6758/21.
ART. 2º - Por la Dirección de Coordinación Pública efectúese la publicación de estilo y por Dirección de Hacienda impleméntese su cumplimiento.
ART. 3º - Cúmplase y dese al Digesto Municipal.
