Por ello, en uso de las facultades conferidas por la Ley 10620, el CONSEJO DIRECTIVO
RESUELVE
ARTÍCULO 1.- Suspender, a partir del 01/01/2023, la inscripción en la matrícula de los profesionales que figuran en el padrón elaborado por la Secretaría de Hacienda, que como Anexo I pasa a formar parte de la presente.
ARTÍCULO 2.- Se faculta a la Mesa Directiva a depurar el padrón de profesionales a suspender detallados en el Anexo I, hasta la fecha más cercana del envío al Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
ARTÍCULO 3.- Para la rehabilitación de la matrícula los profesionales suspendidos deberán regularizar la deuda del Derecho de Ejercicio Profesional y cumplimentar los requisitos establecidos en la reglamentación vigente.
ARTÍCULO 4.- Regístrese, publíquese por un 1 día en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, notifíquese por medio fehaciente a los profesionales detallados en el Anexo I, comuníquese a la Caja de Seguridad Social, a las Delegaciones y cumplido archívese.
